Clean hotel with comfy room
Comfortable bed, modern TV, good cleaning service, friendly staff, nice lobby, possibility to store luggage for 2 days during our trip to bako nationalpark
Taste if the food (breakfast and lunch, you can eat better in the city), cold air condition in the lobby, pipes in the bathroom had a strange smell

Good Movie-themed Hotel in Kuching
Nice movie themed decor and modern design. Located in the city.
Not attentive enough for housekeeping. Didn't replace new toilet rolls or provide spare ones. Not enough selection for breakfast buffet.

What was the highlight of Theatre Hotel
Great hotel, lousy restaurant and room service.
Room was clean and bed was cozy. The front office staff were courteous and helpful. The GM was apologetic for the restaurant fault but he has no control over the restaurant. I felt sorry for the GM. Good man and was very patient with my complaint.
The restaurant food and room service which was not part of the hotel but operating as a partner. Cold half boiled eggs were served for breakfast and room service was non-existent although a room service menu from the restaurant was made available in the room.

Very Good
Very clean. Cardless access, Shower was hot and strong.
We had 3 types of rooms.We paid more for the deluxe king room yet it is smaller than the deluxe twiin room. There was no breakfast included option for the triple room like that of the deluxe king and deluxe twin.
